The Mission

The standards are the starting point.

The physical objectives matter because they give people something real to aim at. But The Objective is not just about numbers on a sheet.

The standards show you where you are and what to improve next.

Questions

What people need to know.

Is this personal coaching?

No. The Objective is a programme and community. It gives members clear standards and structured training.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. The first step is finding your current level. From there, the programme gives you something clear to work toward.

What happens after I join?

You access the programme through FITR, complete the standards, follow the training and retest as you progress.

Will there be in-person events?

Yes. When membership reaches the right level, the plan is to run free day events for members covering Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mindset, physical training and community.

What if I am nowhere near elite?

Elite is the top of the ladder, not the entry requirement. Your job is to find your current standard and improve it.
